Get Up & Go has searched high and low to track down the tour and travel companies in Australia that do not impose the dreaded single supplement. Never pay extra again!

As if it wasn't hard enough for people who travel alone because they are widowed or divorced, or those who simply can't find a friend to join them on holidays. They then have to pay hundreds more dollars for the "privilege" of a lonely room. Well, now you can plan your trip around the companies that understand your situation.

This directory lists the tour operators in Australia that do not charge a single supplement. In some cases, the company will try to find another single traveller (of the same sex) for you to share a twin room together. Often, if they don't find a compatible room sharer, they will give you a room to yourself anyway, for no extra cost. Other companies always give your own room for the same price as paid by someone travelling with a partner.
